Bill of Materials

Prodman has a comprehensive Bill of Materials which allows multi levels and full costings, with batch traceability if required. The route card has a quick BOM build which allows comments to be added to each item suitable for electronic and similar industries.

Bills of Materials can be copied if similar BOM exist, and modified to the new requirements. The system will allow allocation to be made and issuing later, or even back flushing.

Subjobs can be created so that different parts of a Bill of Materials can be worked on simultaneously.

Below is a sample of a trial kitting list which show the requirement for the batch and the current availability in the stock control system, making it easy to control the issuing of parts.
