Executive Information

The Executive Information system provides a single screen overview of the well-being of the company (or otherwise).

The EIS section is used for analysing the profitability or costs of a range of jobs. A graphical display of the overall position of the company is available together with many reports.

Information in this section is restricted to authorised personnel.

Reports available in this section include:

• Job cost summary - totals all costs for a job on one line
• Job cost detailed - details all transactions booked against a job with totals
• Work in progress - totals the current WIP by material, employee, and subcontract costs
• Employee activity - lists and totals employees time booked to the system and which jobs they have worked on.
• Profit profile - compares sale price with cost and calculates variances
• Value added report - calculates the hourly rate achieved by a job.
