Route Card/Planning Sheets

The Route Card is the section for generating the planning, routing and material used for a component as well as the bill of materials.

    Planning can be copied directly from estimates if planning has been generated.

    Subcontract operations are just another operation in the list.

    A 'released for production flag' will only allow the route card to be available when required. Old issue (revisions)can be kept without any fear of them being used by accident.

    Quick and easy creation of planning sheets and Bills of Materials. Helpful features include Fast Text and Standard Phrase input to speed the process. Standard notes can be used from a list to avoid repeated re-keying of data. Similar components can be copied and edited instead of having to re-create from scratch. Link Tooling, Gauges, and Diagrams to the planning sheets, print them out, and make life easy on the shop floor.



    Materials

    A Route Card can have as many material items as required attached for a component, even a full bill of materials.

    Easy on screen pick and point to add or remove material.

    Each item can have extensive text added, making it ideal for electronic assembly with ref notes etc.

    A Trial kitting list can be generated on screen and printed, together with current stock availability.

    Costing reports are available.
