Sales Orders

A fully featured Sales Orders module allows Prodman to be used as a standalone system for managing your business or can be used to replace the Sales Order System in your accounting software

Prodman automatically creates Delivery Notes and Invoices for Stock and Works Order items.

A suite of reports to monitor the Sales, Deliveries, and Order Book helps you stay in control.

Sales order processing allows all orders to be entered, whether selling from stock or make to order. The system will keep an up to date position of your outstanding customer requirements and a full history of fulfilled orders and deliveries.

The order book is kept dynamically up to date as new orders are entered and deliveries are made.

Prodman will generate invoices from the delivery notes and can post directly to popular accounting system such as Sage Line 50 and Sage MMS.

To generate deliveries point and click as required. Text notes can be added to each line item and items can be picked from different sales orders if required. Full traceability is maintained by choosing the batch required at the delivery stage. Delivery Notes and Invoices can be printed with the Works Order and Batch numbers.
