Scheduling

  • Calculate work centre overloads and scheduled delivery dates

    • The scheduling module allows Works Orders to be loaded into the capacity plan and moved by drag and drop to permit easy maintenance of the plan.

    The scheduling module is fully integrated with Prodman Works Order Processing and Shop Floor Data Capture.

    Once the schedule has been agreed the system will update the rest of Prodman including the start and finish time of each operation and the scheduled finish date of the job.

  • The system will allow scheduling of single job or a batch of jobs as required
  • The colour coding makes it easy to view the jobs
  • Parameters allow for finite or infinite capacity loading
  • Only schedule the Work Centres you need to schedule - non critical Work Centres need not be scheduled
  • A calendar is used to set to standard work pattern.

    Graphically display the overall loading of the work centre for a given time range


    Displays a grid showing a the overall loading of the workcentre over a period of time.


    Display the current jobs needed to be carried out. In effect this is a visual work-to list and is normally displayed on the shop floor.


    The above screen is dynamically updated via shop-floor data capture or time sheet entry. When the operation is complete it is then automatically removed from the loading chart.
